I have said it before on this site. Go to a college bookstore and purchase a Human Development textbook. Or you can go to a library and find the thickest one on the shelf. Make sure it is titled, "Human Development" Not only will you learn how to deal with your daughter, you will learn where you failed as a parent, and even where your parents failed with you. It is the best course I have ever taken in college. You will see your life all through the textbook.
