I feel the same way. My Dad has been gone for 11 years. Watching him die was the worst thing in the world. I was glad he could die at home but I had nightmares for a while after that.

My deepest sympathies. I miss my Mom too - very much. There is a void in my life now but I am so glad I was able to be at her bedside the last week of her life. She passed away 3 1/2 years ago and her 70th birthday is coming up on Sept 24th. I will bring her flowers to her gravesite and sit down and have lunch there like I used to have lunch with her once a week when she was alive. R.I.P.
