I have some. I do not dwell on them. I also make it a point to accept any crisis I run into. I don't welcome them, but I know I will be better for it. I have learned they never last forever, none of them; divorce, financial ruin, losing a sister in an accident. They suck to have to deal with, though

I agree with 6 up. With each passing year you will become a better person. The measure of a person is done so through conflict and controversy. Not through calm and contentment. The more we learn from our experiences, the better we will be. As long as we embrace our lessons and not let them bother us too much to the point hwere we have regrets.
