CPS takes ALL comlaints seriously! They can be at a home within 24 hours of the call to check on the children. This photo doesn't show abuse but more like LOW CLASS and immaturity. I don't agree with the other people saying the house looks clean and the kids look happy. Happy kids are smiling kids and happy healthy kids don't live with a pacifier stuck in their mouths. That shows insecurity and with parents who write on their kids I'm sure they will have a lot of them.

I'm not the poster. But if ANYONE drew something like this on my kiddo, believe me it would be the LAST time. CPS is a bit drastic, but if you've made your ex aware of what is going on and how it is inappropriate and still no resolution, I would call your lawyer. If nothing more, this attests to the kind of people your ex puts your children around. And it does not appear to be healthy.

Your kids are Beautiful . They seem Happy and Healthy . Your exes. Girlfriend made a poor judgement in writing on the children and posting this pic. But you also made a poor judgement by posting it here.In my personal opinion CPS should only be called if a child is hurt, abused , neglected or placed in harms way . Your children seem fine . Although I would have a good talk with the Ex about his Girlfriend posting pictures of your children at all without your permission.

How does anyone know the dad didn't do this? It was posted on her page, but maybe the dad did this. What does HE have to say? Personally, I had a girlfriend that was like this. She tried to use her kid as an excuse to be a b#$ch. She would constantly threaten to call the cops or whatever and say that all she had to tell them was that she had a child and the cops would do whatever she wanted. She was WRONG. I personally don't see anything horribly wrong, just kinda bad taste. You younger moms are often manipulative like that. Keep an eye on them, but don't use them to get your way. They grow up to hate you. I know this for a fact.

OP: if my ex-husbands girlfriend ever did anything like this to my kids and posted it on Facebook, I'd be pissed too. She had no right to do that and it makes her look like a childish, immature, b****. However, it is not something CPS would do anything about. Have you tried talking to your ex-husband about?
