LOL I'm 46 and I couldn't wait for Grandchildren so we could not only watch these fun specials every year but enjoy them through the eyes of a child again! Awwwww I don't care how old I get, I love all those holiday classics! And Whinnie The Pooh too!

I still like watching The Wizard of Oz. I have a 7 year old grandson and we were walking through the woods last weekend and I started singing "Follow the yellow brick road." He immediately started singing along. Then we pretended like we were the lion, scarecros and tin man. These old classics not only keep us young but allow us to show our children and grandchildren the magic that we watched as a child. I like your post OP. Thanks for sharing such a simple yet happy secret that is bringing memories back to a lot of us.

me too, it reminds me of when I was a child and all the good Christmases we had. My mom is in a nursing home, she doesnt know me anymore but she can still sing all the old Christmas Carols.
