| I totally understand where you're coming from... I just filed for divorce from my abusive husband, and it was the best choice I ever made for me and my sons. However, you should try to forgive. Holding bitterness toward your ex only keeps you in a prison of the past and you deserve better than that. Forgiving is hard to do, but I've been working on it with my ex, and feel freer than ever! More power to you! Take care.
