Okay okay calm down phychos. I am a step mom of 30 years and it is common to have those feelings.I had the same insecurities and now the daughter and I are good friends and call each other constantly and talk shit about her own mom.Geez people get a grip!

Same thing happened to me.I did everything for this ungreatful and manipulative girl.Despite acting like her lowlife mother, I was accused of being the selfish, threatened, jealous b**** of a person until she did leave to live with her mother.Now at 16 she and her mother scout for men like they love to and drugs/drink together. Now my inlaws apologize and say.."oh sorry, she really is just like her mother...good thing she left to live with her instead of continuing to ruin the rest of your family"...my other step children who live with me and I get along great so don't judge until you've been there.
