When ever I see this picture it reminds me exactly of my X sister in laws son. He was always crying, looked just like this photo and now he's a mental nut that abuses his parents. They deserve it for the way they treated him when he was little.

Don't forget that it is also full of pathetic and useless people that have nothing better to do, but to bask in the misfortunes of others and to berate them for their flaws because they themselves feel inadequate. Besides, people with IQ's below 100 are usually so mentally challenged that they can't even talk, let alone write, which leaves me to believe that the author's IQ is likely around that number.

Your IQ can go up just by studying the types of problems encountered on tests. Doesn't make you smarter. Intelligence, like wisdom, is a construct for which we have no adequate definition or measuring device. Law requires a definition (now!) though, so we settle for and get less. Predictably, the legal tool gets taken into every other area of life and accepted unquestionably as an accurate measure.
