I told my boyfriend about my crohn's disease and it turned out that he had a s h i t fetish. When I flare up he eats my poop like its deep dish pizza, so things may work out for you and your friends. Have faith!

Try taking peppermint oil capsules. A friend of mine has crohn's and she says they helped her a lot. Good luck!
