I pretty much do also and like the one who commented 1 up, I really don't have many friends. But the ones I have appreciate my honesty. It takes courage to speak the truth. The trick is to learn to speak the truth and be true to yourself yet not piss everyone off. I agree with 3 comments up ....don't know if I am ready to be directly honest with everyone. Especially at work in this economy. I sure need my job.
