Actually psycopaths do things the other way around... abuse animals and put on a nice front to the people around them until the animal abuse isn't enough and then they get into things like serial killing. Keep caring for the kitty, screw the people at work but leave your heart open for maybe ppl you don't work with. Not all humans suck... just the ones who are busy climbing the corporate ladder.

Hello, there, OP here. Let me explain to the ignorant, and with the hope they can actually understand. If not, well then, please seek mental assistance. I am Brutal because my job is to break through a company's BS, and cut through the red tape with out emotion. I'm Brutal, because that is all they see - The Outsider who got their friend fired who had a family to feed, ignoring the fact they embezzled $125,000, or the person who put in the charges charges against senior worker, ignoring the fact he sexually assaulted a young intern on camera. I am Brutal because of this, which I have to see, every damn day, and make the most fathomable attempt to UNDERSTAND IT. It's my job to be Brutal to people who deserve it. A scared little kitten who's mom disappeared? I will do whatever I can to let him know that no matter what, SOMEONE out there loves him, and wants him to be safe, and will open her apartment doors with a nice warm blankie, fresh from the dryer, and a heart full of love.
