That would be fun, but it would also propel more people into doing stupid shit. And what if somebody hit rewing just when you were having a good time. Imagine you've spent years in agony in a Vietcong prison, like McCain, you finally are freed in a hostage trade and voila some hits rewind, because they realize they made a shitty mistake a year ago.
