A connection to what? A galaxy? If so, the answer is no, there is no connection, other than the fact that your body is made up of atomic particles. If you mean gods, then absolutely no. There is no evidence whatsoever for any gods.

^Maybe not for you, but who are you to speak for me, my neighbor, or for God? There is knowledge in the universe(your existence being an exception)and I believe that knowledge itself is THE universal connection to the cosmos. Our awareness of our own existence is proof of the existence of a universal consciousness that will never die. We ARE the universe.

1 up, I agree with 2 up. You can believe whatever you want, but unless you can base it on empirical eveidence, your god is just a guess.

^ Your statement is based on a logical fallacy called the straw man argument. Read it again. God is the universal connection is our awareness is us is the universe. Non-believers share a lot in common with Westboro, both thoroughly dogmatic. Imagination is more important than empirically-derived knowledge, all 8 days of the week.

LOL Now there is a comment calling the kettle black. You are religious and consider others dogmatic? How can your god be your universal connection when you have never seen your god, never talked to her, and never touched her. You are a goof ball. Let me guess; you think Karma is real.

^Existence IS God. The universe is turned inside out. We are the singularity. We are the universe. God is present in all things for God IS all things. Denial of God is denial of your own existence.

2^ Duh, it's easy to be religious and non-dogmatic when you never bother to define God beyond what this commenter above me has done.
