(Op Again)He was caught on an AFB computer . They investigated him for five months before the FBI showed up at the door. My daughter is torn apart by the whole thing with two babies and another on the way. She left him as soon as she had money to get home as he is stationed in another State.I am proud of her for putting her babies first. Now he is saying he wants joint custody when he gets out of jail. I think any court that gives him that would be crazy . In my opinion he should not be around children.

^she better get a good lawyer, you would be AMAZED at how many rapist and pedophiles are granted custodial rights to their children. in MOST cases these men were offered plea bargains so the victim would not have to testify in open court....which means that they are usually much worse offenders than what their records show >:(

If he is in the military he will probably get his ass fried. When I was in the Army i remember a guy got a DUI off post. After he was convicted in civilain court he was convicted again by his company commander. He ended up losing a rank, fined a certain amount of money, confined to the barracks area for 30 days and assigned extra duty for 30 days.

I wish I could put people like this in a cage full of 30 people to rape him over and over again! If he is lookin at child porn then it turns him on...
