its too late, im sure the 1st feelings of the person who fell in love with you are long gone, its hard to force a heart to learn to love again, close to impossible or learn a whole new person maybe the spouse made you this lashing out person or maybe it wasnt meant to be but best advice, move on and love your self again, if it was meant to be it will return, xoxo wish you the best

4^ did you ever consider CAPS ARE NOT ALWAYS NECESSARY?!? Stop screaming on the board (that's what caps indicate, if you didn't know). Thanks.

Op, you may find that once you are out of your marriage the cause of all that yelling was an indication of how f***ing miserable you have been. My marriage was the same way until I filed for divorce. I have had three small, insignificant disputes in the present relationship I have been in for over three years.

2^ Okay, my eyes are blinded then. All caps are hard to read. Be polite.

Start small, try saying nothing when you are upset, give your self a good minute to just breath and think. Then think before you speak -what are you angry about, what do you want to change, can you see their side, choose your words to be nonconfrontational (I feel....) good luck
