1 up: The brushing confrontations happen because blacks live with a hood mentality. The hood mentality originates from prison culture. In prison any violation of personal space is considered a threat. When you brush up against a black person and they take it personal, even if it was an innocent incident, that is text book hood/prison culture. The best thing to do is just apologize and move on. Those people are so ignorant and full of rage because they have been indoctrinated to think that the white man is keeping them down, they are looking for a way to vent their anger on someone. Maybe a little thing called residential segregation? Blacks had thriving business districts in most major US cities up until the 1920s HUD redlining. Also, where black districts couldn't be crushed economically through redlining, there were interstates built through the middle of them as happened with I630 in Little Rock.
