Women's lib is great for those who want to work and have a career. It stinks for those of us who want to stay home and be an awesome wife and mother! I hate being made to feel that there's something wrong with me for wanting to just stay home, cook, clean and bake for my family! I hate wearing bras and going to crowded places! I'd much rather just stay home and enjoy my family. I did the whole rat race money making thing. I was great at that but I CHOOSE to stay home because that's where I feel I belong. I may be pretty and I can run a business with my eyes closed but nothing beats being at home!

4 up. You have obviously been indoctrinated in public schoo. I have been working in a factory for one of the largest multinational corporations in the world. The is no way in hell that women are equal to men. It pisses me off that women get the easier jobs due to physical inferiority, even though they are getting paid the same as the the person next to them. Many times those same men have more seniority too. Not to mention that there is no way in hell that I would want to be on the front line with a woman in war.

2^ On my job, I make sure women understand that the physical requirements are not differentiated between men and women. You will be able to pick up 100 lbs repeatedly, briskly and efficiently, with a sense of urgency, man or woman. If not, look elsewhere

I've worked in a professional kitchen for 20 years as an Executive Chef. 5 years ago I was in a situation where 80% of the kitchen staff were made up of women. You know what, it's thebest team I ever had. I've worked with male teams that had more pms and periods than the team I'm leading now!
