i am 26 years old and just recently quit smoking pot (an addiction i have struggled with since the age of 11, although i picked up my first unlit joint at the age of 5) and have been having vivid flashbacks of childhood torture and abuse.....and it has spurred me to find out the complete truth. just a few weeks ago i found out my dad was born in germany in 1944 (one of the arian (sp?) race children specifically breed in the late 40's in order to create "the perfect race") and was adopted by my grandfather, who just "happened" to be the illustrious grand popentate of the masonic temple and the circuit court judge of THE most white populated county in the united states. i have been spending hours researching my heritage, trying to match it to the specific types of trauma that i personally experienced as a child. i now realize that i am a second generation victim of mkultra programming....my father experienced and witnessed pedophilia/sodomy, cult style murders and body dumps, a murder "trophy room" that his father used to let him "play in" under the courthouse as a child, electric shock treatments as well as countless drug experiments in countless facilities for years that fractured his core self beyond repair.

(continued)in return i and my sisters experienced terrible mental/physical/emotional abuse including but not limited to: i love you/i love you not mind games, being shot on purpose and made not to cry, being chased like an animal though the woods and getting beaten, getting locked in the basement or outside for the entire day (sometimes longer) without food/water/a place to toilet myself, sexually deviant nude parades in front of his "friends" auction style.....i could go on and on and on. i personally was almost killed twice by him, (for instance, when he put me on top of the roof in for a entire day in the hot sun with no water as a small child). and he remembers NOTHING of those incidents, and neither did i until now :(

you need to find a therapist. just start looking. if they arent prepared for this kind of trauma they can refer you, i would guess. search out support groups of children like you.

I agree with the therapist but it's tricky because many therapists are connected to the mc program and will try to drug you in some way. I would go with a psycologist rather than psychiatrist, or a spiritual counselor ( though not catholic) of some kind. PPl in college studying to be psycologists are a bit safer. Also get theraputic massage from a safe mt. This body work will help you recover memories but it will be rough for a while. I don't trust the hi profile MKultra "whistleblowers" as many are just more handlers like Cathy Obriens husband. It's not BS. Clinton apologized for this project on tv but almost no one saw it cuz it was during the OJ Simpson trials.

3^ ALL program victims are potential handlers, not just the whistleblowers. There are meditations that can make you harder to control as well as things that should be avoided to increase chances of maintaining self control.

I don't agree with the meditations because some of them can actually make you more susceptible to the program suggestions. Meditation is basically self hypnosis. Visualization that is predetermined to not have any trigger suggestions can be helpful but again, it is still tricky. Be very careful of the new age plastic shamans because the new age is just more mind control religion developed by the CIA. An MK survivor admitted to being handled to promoting the new age - there is a vid on yt. Don't take this post down. Ppl need to know it has happened to so many of us. The exposure and awareness is the only thing that will end it. Hang on OP. I am with you, there are others, you are not alone.
