What I find so halarious about some of these comments about another races, is that what is being stated is if you realized the shortcomings of another race you must be from a trailer park. I am also educated and work in a huge multinational corporation. I make far more than the mean wage in America. So do amy managers above me. Yet, I hear comments(truthful too) about how lazy blacks are in our workplace. Especially the women. They are more demanding, they miss more work, and argue with other employees far more than the other races. I enjoy working with Asian and hispanics from both genders. They are pleasant and hard working.

1^ Well said. I agree with you. I have worked with all races for several years in the workplace. Both in factories and in white collar jobs( I am a manager in a small IT firm now). By far, blacks(African American. Not the ones from Africa) have been the most problematic in every place I have worked. I have worked with people from all over the world. Including men from Africa. Those are some hard workers as were the Hispanics and the few Asian I managed from time to time. I have even heard the Africans complain about the work ethic of the American blacks. Even they thought they were lazy and always tried to get over.
