*to be clear the shaman is a wonderful woman who cares deeply about my situation and is only trying to help....she didnt tell me to take anything down, all she said was that i should be careful who i tell my story to because i am being actively monitored and i dont need any more negative energy being perpetuated by these awful people who have tried so hard to destroy me.

OP, please be careful. I have been "helped" by these wonderful shamans only to realize later down the line that they are handling me. We are always monitored period. They will always try to handle us in subtle and overt ways. The only way that all of us to be free is to speak about it openly to anyone who will listen, resisting being handled at every turn or death. A real shaman would tell you to face it head on and not shirk away, to find your strength in your voice and empowerment. Do you see how they are still handling you? You are on the verge of being free. And to the idiot who claims that MK is not still active - again, you know nothing or you too are a handler in either case if you choose to be ignorant or you are involved in the program then you deserve to go down as all involved.
