The truth is the lacking of physical chemistry is no one's fault it's either there or its not!! its obvious you are not truly satisfied with your relationship or you wouldn't advertise it and all you say is I,I,I are you trying to convince your self that your in love with this person and doing them a favor by lying to both you and him because you feel the need to have someone love you! Love and respect are good but it also takes chemistry and being in love (there is a difference between loving someone deeply and being in love) if you and he (he does have a choice in this don't rob him of that choice)choose to settle for 2 out of 4 then that's your right. Myself I have settled. Far too much in my younger days that I'd rather be without then lacking my true hearts desire. Though I have met one that together we held 4 out of 4 so it is possible to have all 4 and ill just live my life and in gods timing we'll be reunited. Don't be in a hurry for anything that's when you miss out on the greatest treasures god has for us.

OP here: 2^^ is correct. This man IS the love of my life! (Yep I am a woman) He is loving, kind, dependable, hard working, handsome, and my best friend. Sex isn't hot and heavy BUT it is loving and connected. (We do talk about it.) I know I could go out there and find some hot sex but relationships are about the entire picture. I value him for so many reasons. I had to grow up to recognize what a good relationship is all about. It isn't about hot sex.
