The Lord, Jesus Christ, is the only begotten Son of God. All of us are God's children, but we're adopted into the First Family, we weren't begotten. Jesus bore the burden of our sins through His death, rose from the dead after 3 days in the ground, ascended into Heaven and is seated at God's right hand -- until He comes again in glory to judge the living and the dead. Scripture says that with God, a day is as a thousand years . . . that right there says the creation is not a literal 24/7 timeframe. That's why the earth can be as old as it is, and God still reigns supreme as Who He is. And Jesus is still Who He is, regardless of what you think, 1^, and 3^.

3^ First, what does archaeology have to do with a time frame of 13.5 billion years as the Universe's age? And geology? Chemistry? Now, physics does offer some clues as to the universal age, but these are not anywhere near approaching fact, and you don't have a clue as to how the 13.5 billion years number was arrived at. In fact (a real fact), the concept of a year would not even be applicable to pre-earth time, given that time is a result of mass bending light, and the year is the measure of time taken for the earth to complete one solar revolution. You're being unscientific with the science, not uncommon for the faithful non-believers. Free your own mind first, kiddo.

BTW, math is not necessarily scientific. For a proposition to be scientific means it must be testable. We can test 1 1=3, but the age of the universe is beyond our ability to test. Hence, it is supposition.
