Hell is living a life knowing that your own parent cared more about their sexual impulses than they did about your psychological wellbeing. Hell is never feeling safe or comfortable in your own body. Hell is years of nightmares and then years more of horrible memoies of abuse and torutre coming back. I agree, that hell exists.
