Sounds like you've tried everything else, maybe you should start going to church every sunday. I know a few people don't think its cool or necessary for their faith, but going really does help.

Embrace it. Accept it, but continue accomplishing things. Be proud of being a quasi-Scrooge. You may want to continue with therapy and meds, but perhaps change providers if possible.Church attendance cannot hurt, IMO. Good luck

Get to the core of the anger and what caused it in the first place. Ditch the meds and forget church. Just keep processing. You were harmed in some way. No one with this amount of anger wasn't harmed. Face it as much as you can.

Try being happy about one small thing each day and smile, even if it is forced. The little things add up, a sunny day, all green lights, making it somewhere on time, a sunset, something. I believe when you can be happy about things around you it will be easier to be happy about yourself. Good luck

do things differently such as change your diet. get plenty of exercise. i suffer from depression and found exercise to be best also i improved my diet. i was not sleeping well so i changed my sleep routine exercising helped here to. listen to non-vocal music when dozing off to sleep i found this helped with dreaming. i have my own dreams now and not influenced by vocals etc. exercising has the quickest positive effect the diet change takes longer but works. Get plenty of sunshine this is very important. a pet helps too...always be kind to your pets, you will miss them deeply when they are gone.
