36-year old woman here, who never had kids and never regretted it. Don't have kids just to satisfy the need to fit in. On some level they probably envy your freedom, even if they aren't willing to admit it.

My wife and I waited until I was 29 and she 31. We enjoyed freedoms in our 20s that many of our friends didn't. Don't regret it a bit.

are YOU married, can YOU support a child ON your own? What makes you want a child? Get a puppy, if your life still feels empty, get another one. Dont bring children into YOUR life to fill your own needs, (they WONT) and they come with more NEEDS then even TWO puppies. (just say'n)

I had 3 kids by the time I was 23. I'm now a very young Grandparent. My husband and I wanted kids right away and I'm glad we did. I couldn't imagine not having them! You're still young.. there's plenty of time to have a baby. Just think of all the sleep and personal private time you can have now. Once you have kids.. say good bye to sleep, privacy and a little bit of your sanity! lol

There is nothing wrong with u, I am a maternity nurse and all the people that are going somewhere in there lives are having there first child in there mid 30's. u gave plenty of time.
