YES!! I hear you on that, I've made a similar change of lifestyle, I've started working out and being 191cm tall it intimidates other men, any guy even looks like starting shit backs off as soon as I look at them. I'm married so the women look, but no touching although my wife can't keep her hands off me. Confidence is key, I know its not being in shape that makes the difference.

Actually, it is being in shape that makes the difference. Exercise has a profound effect on hormone production and the central nervous system.
