2 up. It isn't chemo or radiation. It's more like drugs or filth in her home environment. She's evil and toxic, thus the toxic symbol, and has even flipped me off. All because TWO AND A HALF YEARS AGO, I asked her to stop doing my work when I'm sitting here with nothing to do. Did you catch that point? TWO AND A HALF YEARS AGO? Grudge much? But in the meantime, she has bullied and harassed me to the point I'm ready to take her to Personnel. I hate the evil this woman does and I wish she would just go away! I've been here for more than 30 years so packing up and leaving just is not an option. I'm widowed and the financial burden of my entire world falls on me. The behavior of this woman has caused me to have stomach issues and I end up vomiting at least once a week. Then I get angry with myself for letting this evil get to me like that. She has taken a friendship with another co-worker that was more like a family relationship and destroyed it. She told this friend lies and made her think I've thrown her under the bus. Truth is, the evil witch is the one showing her the bus wheels. I wish she would frigging leave!

Toxic Co-workers are so frustrating. I once worked short-term for a general contractor, and their only female workers hated each other. My job was to assist both, which was impossible thanks to their constant antics and ploys to f**k each other over. Left after less than twi inths, and years later I still see their ad to fill that position. The boss knows whats going on, but doesnt fix it. Sounds that way for you toi, sorry to say.

Well, she shows up every day, and does her work and yours apparently.... How can she do your work when you say you have "nothing to do". I supervise people like you. My bet is the drama of the situation is a lot more from you than her. You go to work to do a job for pay. Do your job that you're paid to do. Leave her alone. Mind your own business.

I think she meant stop doing her work and leaving her with nothing to do. I once worked with a meth head at the airport. Everytime it was my turn to have the cash drawer, twenty bucks would end up missing. Fortunately the bosses werent complete idiots and they discovered she was swiping twenty several times a week but trying to make it look like me. Fuck head drug users will throw anybody under the bus to meet their own twisted needs.

2^ How do people like yhou always become supervisors? I already told you I've put in more than 30 years on this job. Do you think I accomplished that by doing bare minimum? Next post has it right, since you can't understand. She takes my work and does it leaving me nothing to do. And there's a lot you don't know, "supervisor". You don't know that the other 4 places she worked, she had the same problem. She's a workplace bully and I happen to be her current target. If you want to be a good supervisor, then you need to read up and understand workplace bullying, otherwise, you condone bulling and setting yourself and your company up for huge lawsuits. So instead of using this to express your....um..."intelligence"(?), use it as a learning experience that these kinds of horrible experiences do go on in the workplace and sexual harassment isn't the only kind out there. I've felt suicidal as a result of the non-stop bullying, but talkding with a counselor has helped me identify the problem is not mine and I don't have to feel bad about myself. You're a jackass and I'm glad you're not my supervisor.

My wife has a co-worker that has it out for her. Always trying to get my wife in trouble at work. HR is a joke. The other lady even told my wife "you will be out of here before me". It seems like the other lady sits at home at night thinking of ways to get my wife in trouble at work, like she is on a mission to get her fired. I asked my wife if she did anything to this woman and she says no. I believe my wife, I used to work at the same company and I know the other lady.

She's still there because bozos like you don't know how to get rid of them. They just transfer them around to spread their toxicity everywhere. Well done, "supervisor". Having been in toxic work environments in the past, I can feel your pain. Some supervisors don't tolerate that shit, but sadly, like the supposed supervisors above, they just let the negativity completely overwhelm the work environment. These "supervisors" are ineffectual, low-intellect people who think their title makes them hot shit on a platter, when in fact their actions prove they are just a cold turd on a toothpick.

Hey b****, this turd on a toothpick has been promoted 6 times in 15 years! Getting another one in less than 18 months when my boss retires. I've benn awarded with excellence at my job, top supervisor in my division, most productive division and on the fast track program to vice pres. Enjoy your druggie peers at the bottom. No where did I say evil toxin was a new employee. She has been in this part of the business for about the last 6 years. She's not new to the company. Just transferred around a lot. Since you're so smart, can you explain how it is that I've never had a problem until this one shows up and everywhere she's been there has been this same problem? As for the last post, actually I'm not, but what difference does it make? We're all created equal in the sight of God. I happen to love this job and love what I do and I've loved it all for a very long time. It only took one person and what I thought was a peaceful encounter where I thanked her for doing my work, but I have nothing to do and would appreciate it if she would leave me to do my own work. I've always taken responsibility for my work product and it's kind of hard to do when someone gets work off my desk and does it for..what...glory? Self-esteem boost? I suspect from the way she looks and all that she does that her self-esteem is very fragile. I've felt that way for a very long time and have done many things to try and boost her up.

If you have any idea what bullies are, you know that they suffer inside. So that being the case, why did she have to launch an all out assault on me? And why has it gone on for over 2 1/2 years? The previous "supervisors" couldn't handle the messes she made so they transfer her out. That's why I'm so angry with supervisors, especially the clueless ones. Fortunately my supervisor is not like that and she sees what's going on. She's doing what she can to fix it because I am valued here. A workplace bully picks out the person who is consciencious of their work product and wages an all out war to try and make the person look bad. In the process, they make them feel bad about themselves and their work product. I'm in the end stage of this and with the help of a REAL supervisor and talking to the job appointed counselor, I am actually able to see that the problem is NOT mine. Toxic people like this do what they do because they feel bad.

And the people like me who are experiencing this experience a whole gamut of emotions. As for your constant promotions? Those of us who work know that people who promote a lot are not necessarily qualified. The big supervisors just don't know what else to do with them so they promote them. We all know that. If you deserve your promotions, congratulations to you. But the whole point of this is to hopefully keep you from burying your head in the sand and recognizing that workplace bullying is real and toxic and has as much damaging affect as sexual harassment. The final result in many cases is total permanent disability and a condition similar to post traumatic stress disorder. So if you want to be a good and effective supervisor, you will get your head out of the sand and start checking in to this sick phenomenon and hopefully keep your company from being set up for these kinds of expenses. So what I presented here was something to try and help others and to open the door to a very real problem in the workplace, and a "supervisor" showed straight up ignorance. Why not try to learn from something like this instead of criticize something you obviously know nothing about. As with this toxic crack ho, no good deed goes unpunished with supervisors who transfer negative employees or fire the victims of those evil people. Learn and prove you are worthy to be called a supervisor. Sorry that was so long.

Guess what "supervisor"! You'll never guess! Your golden girl just got arrested for trying to put some kind of drug in my water. The charges will be finalized once we know what she was trying to put in my drink. And these are the people "Supervisor" likes the best! Maybe you can get a jail cell next to her to keep her company for closing your eyes and letting garbage like this go on! During the course of the investigation, we learned she has filed suit against 7 different employers, lost every one and got transferred out. One last thing. I make more money after commissions and bonuses than the supervisors make by more than 10k. I'm quite happy where I'm at and I love what I do. And now that the devil is out, life is good.

I can't speak much on the arrest because of the investigation under way, but I have gotten phone calls thanking me for finally getting rid of this vermin. And I didn't even have anything to do with it. She acted like an ignorant thug and now she is in the gray-bar motel. As for my productivity, I have awards all over my walls for being top producer.
