Although I tend to agree with the poster right above me, I would like to offer 1 piece of advice: Now that you're in this situation, perhaps you should put yourself, anger, and ego aside, think like a business man, and have a meeting with her to discuss your goals. Try to get her excited about the direction you want to go in. If that doesn't work, than replace her with someone else...just on the work side of the relationship.
