I think you should tell her. Two years ago my gay friend told me she could not hang out with me no longer because she had a crush on me. I am older and married. That was my first lesbian relationship. I fell so in love with her. I still am. So you never know what will happen. Go for it. I would love to know how it turns out.

I told my best friend I'm gay a few months ago after being life longs friends since 6 years old (I'm not 25). She had no clue I was gay and to boot, she was mad when I told her I never had a crush on her.

Hey listen, at forty years of age I told my lifelong friends over breakfast, I was now sleeping with this girl and nothing they said would change the way I feel. It is not about them if they are your friends they will remain your friends. In fact, they mad a joke why I never crushed on them.
