First it's not necessarily a daddy who won her and doesn't want her. Secondly, parenthood is hard, we all go through times in life where we don't want those dearest to us around us. And finally, those of you who believe in Love being unconditional- that's an unnatural theory and it's just simply... not true. I don't believe in unconditional love unless you can unconditionally forgive (and I'm not a Christian preaching the bible here, either.)
You have to be able to let bygones be bygones, but that's not within human nature- we hold grudges. It's a shame that a child is in the crossfire of this, but love is not unconditional.
