My resolution for 09 was to cut way down on my nightly binges which used to happen 5 night out of the week and involved smoking ganja and drinking a bottle of wine. I have not touched anything since 12-31 and feel great but I have to admit, I am looking forward to a big buzz this weekend. Moderation is key pal!
