Hit yourself in the eye, VERY HARD. Be wise and quit lying to those around you and to yourself.

^^ What the hell are you babbling about?? Obviously this person is taking some form of responsibility by knowing he has an anger issue. It is also obvious that this person doesn't have children because of his fear. Why don't YOU go "hit yourself in the eye"!

Where is your anger and rage coming from? Address your issues so you can have a happy and fulfilled life. Life is to short to live it being angry and violent!!!!!

Be a man about it. My dad was violent to my mum and us kids, but he was the biggest coward I've ever known. Basically, do what my dad was incapable of: Grow up!

You don't need to ever blame a child for your anger. A child will only see themselves as being at fault for your actions against them. Not everyone needs to have children.

I was you. But I decided to have kids aand to break the cycle of abusive fathers in my lineage. I have two beautiful grown kids that never felt an angry hand or abusive word. I turned my nager into love and it was the easiest thing I've ever done

I yearn to have a child one day but the savage rage I carry within scares even me. I almost killed a man the other day....thanfully someone pulled him out the way in time and my fist went through a cinderblock wall instead. I wasn't born this way....

the OP didn't say he was violent, my dad is angry all the time but never violent.
