I'm 42 and I have never been happier. I understand how you feel. Thank you for being happy. The fist thing I have learned is to "feel" happy and then do what your little voice, the one you know is good for you and do it. It's that simple. Do the right thing and "feel happy" and the energy will do its job. We all are just working with vibrations ya know :)
