It's easy to go up agianst a helpless person. Have you ever tryed to go up agianst a fighter? Sort of takes all the fun out of fighting or the belief that power is in your hands to give or take. You want to control. Then control yourself and release your anger threw boxing,martial arts,or wrestling, &,leave the helpless alone. Deal with your issue that frustates you. Talk to someone and get it out emotionally.
