i might as well have posted this........ i am 24 and have the exact same problem, its so annoying but i just can not stop.. constantly daydreaming and its not like i want to escape reality, i have a good life, good job, great girl every thing i want. but i just day dream constantly about the most random stuff...

when i was 24 all i did was daydream! now i'm 40 & can't remember wth i was dreaming about! enjoy your imagination before Life sucks it right out of you!

I'm 33 and I daydream all day too! It's very normal and if you pay attention to people when you talk to them, you'll see their eyes glaze over too!

u have to watch out...day dreaming can really destroy your eyes..if u want to day dream...i suggest u just do it with your eyes close....and mediated...
