At that young age they just need you to speak positive things to them, not criticize or make fun of, correct gently when needed, always love and support them, tell them about Jesus and tell them you love them, and pray over them when they are sleeping. Ask God to do great things with their lives. God is your parental pattern, get to know Him and you will be a great loving parent.

Just remember to hug your kids...tell them you love them and read to them everyday and you will do just fine! Children don't ask for much...just love and attention from good parents!
