I think a lot of people have this dilemma. The only thing you should be careful of is to not lash out at or judge people in your life when you slip into an antisocial mode. They'll think they've done something wrong, and that's just not fair. So be honest and up front when you're in a good mood and tell them you value your privacy. Then when you descend, your peepz will know what's up and give you the peace you want.
