More women than you know deal with this than you know, even in their teens and 20's. Get yourself the depend pads, if anyone sees them on, say you are about to start your monthly and need extra big pads to catch the first day flow or you leak. It'll be okay.

There are some new and effective medications available today. You probably have tried some, but search out a good urologist who is up on cutting edge medicine.

The wings are to save your undies from any side leaks and to hold that bad boy in place.

I am with the rest of the posters, and I am sure you are not alone. There are many people with the same problem, the main thing is that you talk to your parents about it and have them get you some help with medication from a doctor.

I'm 27 and have had this problem since about your age. I suffered in slience. I didn't realize until last year that there is nothing wrong with me and that this is all treatable. Be strong! Tell your parents and/or your doctor.

Sweetie, you need to see a doctor. If you are unable to for some reason, ask a counselor at school or call a clinic anonymously and ask if there is someone you can see on your own. You are at an age where you may be having sex and if so it could be a simple STD to have treatment for. If this is the case and you don't have it taken care of, it can cause you to not be able to have kids when you want to. You can always talk to a friend (without telling them about the bladder thing) tell them you think you might be pregnant or sonething and want to get checked out without your parents knowing. Your friends can probably tell you where to go.

For every female on here that leaks or needs pantie liners, here is my simple tip. I don't buy feminine napkins or feminine panty liners. They don't fit properly, they are undersized, they are never long enough to reach from front to back. I'm not an Amazon, but most panty liners are made for more petite sizes. My simple solution is buy Men's Guards. They are the EXACT SAME THING only much longer, because they are intended to ride up higher, in front of a man's junk. They are not shaped any differently. It's just a marketing bullshit thing, to make longer pads and call them MEN's GUARDS. So buy those and wear them in comfort and security knowing they cover the front area, and, the back as well, when you are seated in a chair (you know what I mean) and the stain in the back is more of an issue. Further, there is an added bonus. Those men's guards are not in the basket for YOU. Anyone asks? Grandpa needs a refill. Easy to deflect attention away from yourself. Trust me, bigger, larger, pudgier, or chubby ladies -- MEN'S GUARDS. You're welcome.

Consider yourself lucky. I am so bladder shy I can not piss with another guy in the bathroom. I probably have permanant kidney and bladder damage. I always avoid the urinals.

There are medications that you can take. I have a weak bladder becuase the DR cut it when I had my baby when I was 17, it was an emergency c-section to save her life, so I take the meds and happily deal with the issue becuase I have a beautiful daughter that's now 23.
