You better not tell it, they will hold you accountable for not telling it back then as there is not statute of limitations on murder. I would tell no one, that is some juicy shit and someone will tell it even though they swear they won't say a word. Let the past stay there even though it has weighed on your mind for many years.

I wish someone would have killed the man who did it to me after the first time it happened. It almost ruined my life and after 25 years I still struggle with it even though he naturally died last year. Leave it alone, you may be in trouble legally for not telling it so long ago.

Order a Spoof card on line so when you make your call they cannot trace your call. 3 of my sisters and I was molested by my sisters dad when you were little. They say its too late legally to go after him now. He has molested many boys and girls since then and has been in and out of prison for years because of it. What is clear about these comments, is that many of you clearly aren't reading the post and also don't know the law. KNOWING about a crime is not a criminal act no where in the USA. Chicago used to arrest witnesses or suspected witnesses, but that was overturned by the Supreme Court a couple of years ago. The poster found out about this crime from the perpetrator and was not and is not an accessory at all.Furthermore, the crime cannot legally be charged to a dead man. Since the killer has died, the only thing that can be done is "case closed" procedure. They have enough to believe that he killed the person, but a dead man cannot be charged with a crime before he is convicted or sentenced. Check your facts in EVERY state before you spew non-sense on this board (9-7-11)
