I was like that. When I graduated Hight School I weighed 155 lbs. Just like you, I started lifting weights. I went to 185 lbs. I was pretty big and strong. I was pressing 355 lbs for 3. But was a whimp for the most part. But no one really wanted to get in a fight with me....at least I wasn't a skinney whimp anymore.
