You are going to need not feel bad about it because you are going to get a real good lesson in attitudes. When I was 45 I was with a 20 yr old from another country here on a work permit and it was great (really great) yeah if the age difference had not been so big we would have married. But people in general were scandalized. Women, especially older ones HATED it. The men were all "Hey, way to go, stud" yeah, OK whatever. Americans thought I was a dirty old man using a dumb slut who didn't know any better and people from her country thought I was a poor, sad, exploited middle aged man and she was a gold digging whore. Good luck with that, people are going to keep their distance.

OP < To 2 above - you're right, but it's not a public thing so no one stares. I'm definitely keeping it at this level only. She goes to college in another state in August anyway...lol And yes she has a tatt, but it's much more tasteful than the pic. No one's cheating, and there's no "relationship", we're just having fun. I dated a high school senior when I left the navy at 26. She was 17, close to 18,very bright, and an excellent student. We had a great deal in common. The boys her age, and college guys just wanted sex. I met her mom after a few dates, and she wasn't thrilled, but she appreciated that we were honest with her. She did her freshman year in college at home, then she won a scholarship to a school out west. I had to transfer also, for my work, so we said goodbye. It was a very nice relationship for us; not exploitive at all. (And yes, we had sex almost right away, but we had a lot in common, so it was far more than just sex.) I learned from this that you never know with whom you can be happy!
