i just started a relationship also...its a great feeling...scary...exhilarating...fun...new...i have not had this "new relationship possibilities" feeling in over ten years. Good luck with your new relationship and enjoy the ride.

I gave over the control of our relationship to my wife from the time we met eight years ago. Financial and everything else. It has been an amazing ride. I love that controlling woman more every day.

I'm at the beginning of a new relationship and don't know where it is headed either... I agree with the above poster who said, "its a great feeling... scary... exhilarating... fun... new..." May we all find what we need and be able to give the other person what they need in our new endeavors...

If EITHER partner is in control, it's no good. It might work for some people, but that doesn't make it healthy. My take is different from some of you - I see it as a statement that it's a true partnership with NO ONE in control. For as far as it goes, it sounds like a good start.

Go with the flow. Enjoy and stop thinking about this. Why does this HAVE to go somewhere? Just be happy! Why do you want to complicate things with a plan? "Happy go lucky" is the best time you'll ever have. I wish I was never stuck with a plan. The best times with my wife were when we didn't have a "plan". Young and free! Have fun! DO IT!!

Do realize this is how the best things in life happen. when you dont know. your scared because its important to you. let your partner in on your worry. It will bring you closer. Just let it happen its scary but it will be a wonderful experience for you.
