Wow! Would you ever have though you would live such a roller coaster over your hair when you noticed it first started to thin? So glad to hear you are happy now. The scar could be a fun conversation starter now. I would tell everyone I was the only living brain doner whenever I did anything stupid and laugh at the look on their faces as they tried to think it through. So glad you are happy now!!!

I like either long hair on a guy or bald. Both are hot as hell! So don't feel bad.. many MANY women like bald men! My husband's bald and it just looks better than his hair ever did!

I posted this and no it is not fake! I am not short I was just taking this picture with a self timer camera with no tripod so I had to get on my knees! Was never meant to be posted anywhere just for myself. I like my head shaved now but at first I was very depressed about the scar. I was self-conscious about it. Saw a psychiatrist and got on antidepressants and now am okay with myself.

Oh yeah guys if you see those late night tv commercials promising they can regrow your hair use my story as a cautionary tale. You will not grow the hair like they promise you and if you decide to go bald you will have a scar where the "donor" hair is taken from.

Baldness is devastating. My head has a kind of point on it, so I would not look good by shaving my head. I just try to make do with what I have. BTW, there is no cure for baldness, don't even try. I wear a hat a lot now, and I hate wearing hats! Why is baldness so common today, it wasn't so common a hundred years ago or so.

I am a female and I have had the same procedure done - with the same scarring - and it was very successful. I had nearly 2,000 hairs transplanted and at least 90% of them took and regrew. Bald men are sexy - bald middle aged women are not lol
