My friend CLAIMS that he did such a thing a few years back because he was just tired of people bothering him so he moved like 2hrs away with a friend of his AND told another friend to tell everyone that he got hit by a car while riding his bike and DIED! He always rode his bike to work, etc. and all of his friends thought he was dead until he came back... If anyone's thinking of going to the midWest, MN is WONDERFUL, dont'cha know!

I don't think it's necessary to fake your own death. Your "death" might have more of an impact on others lives than you realize. Just move and change your phone number. Maybe leave a note behind saying goodbye to everyone. Then enjoy the rest of your life. We've all thought about moving and starting over.
If you start packing and change your mind, then realize you can start over whenever you feel like it, as many times as you like throughout your life. Everyone starts over at one point or another.

There is an answer. His name is Jesus. By the time He had hung on that cross at Calvary, he was beaten with a leather whip with metal pieces tied on the ends to rip flesh.
A crown of thorns was placed on His head then pushed down tight so that the thorns pentetrated into the skin.
He carried His cross as He was beaten. After He was lifted on the cross, the guards cast lots for His garments.
Oh, by the way, He did this for you. He gave up His human life so that you may be given a chance to conquer sin.
His body was taken from the cross and placed in a nearby tomb. On the third day He rose from the dead and revealed Himself to over 500 people. On the 40th day, He ascended into Heaven to be with the Father.
His death on the cross provides you the opportunity of life. For if you do not know Jesus Christ, you are dead in Spirit. To repent of your sins and turn to a relationship with Jesus is to be born again.

I think of doing that everyday, and everyday, I just can't do it because if I leave, my mom will have no one beside her when my dad, siblings, or other family pisses me off... My mom is the ONLY reason I have not started over.

Don't fake your death. It will impact to many other peoples lives. Just Leave. I moved from Los Angeles to the midwest in June of 2009. My family pissed me off a few years ago and have not had contact with them for a couple of years. I miss them the least. I have changed my phone number and told nobody. I think about my friends and co-workers about everyday. I've gotta say, it has been the best thing that I've done in my 42 year history. Run Forest Run!!!
