You really better start thinking on this one! Weight this out, would people forgive your past based on the fact that they can see you are no longer that person, and can base their opinion on what they have been able to see so far OR will they never trust you again when the truth comes out? You know deep down that this wrong for you do, so have you really changed dear? Think about how you would feel if all of a sudden you found out that someone you trusted had lied, you will always wonder about that person.The truth always comes out. It is so hard to remember all the lies and keep them staight. Right or wrong the truth is always best, if these people do not understand then they were really never your friends.I am a convicted felon as well. I have never hid that, I made a mistake, I paid for it, and I learned from it. I learned to make good choices, and the best choice was to be brutally honest, no matter what. My life today is wonderful, better beyond my imagination! I'm not a convicted felon; however, I got myself 5 DWI's (never wrecked or killed anyone)well over 10 years ago when I partied hard like every damn body else in the hair band 80's and grunge rock 90's... and have straightened my life out since (married 7 years, with a kid). Can you find me a damn JOB?!? Everyone wants to hold that shit over my head FOREVER! I was making 35K per year, 20 years ago... lucky to get a job for 9 bucks/hr now! I'm a convicted felon too - and yes, people like me! My fleonies never harmed anybody, and I don't commit them any more. I have moved on. And many who judge "convicted felons" are simply people who never got caught!
