Don't be scared... in fact you will probably be exoeriencing alot more of this. You may even think you are losing your mind but you aren't. Things are changing and for you it is a good sign that you can sense these spirits around you. It means there is hope for you when the change comes. Well, it may be scary, but think this way: if no one has been hurt, than chances are, no one ever will be by whatever may be causing this. As a person VERY much into science and psychology, there is a much larger chance that there is a very logical explaination for what's happening. It just may not be appearant to you yet.

You need to be respectful of them and they will be respectful of you. If you feel you are in any danger...believe me you will know, not just fear of the unknown but real "my life is in danger fear, then don't be afraid to research a little. Salt almost always wards off evil spirits. But like someone else said if you have not been hurt you are more than likely to be fine. This is gonna sound crazy but i talked to the ones in my house..not like had a conversation but i simply said aloud. "I know that you are here and were here long before me and i respect you." And if i ever had an off feeling i would just talk aloud like that to them. It will make you feel lots better, i used to sleep with all the lights on..not anymore.

If you really want to know who is in your house, get a digital tape recorder, turn on record, and ask a question. Wait a few seconds then ask another. You may get answers when you play your recorder back. These are EVP's (electronic voice phenomena) and can confirm you have paranormal activity in your home. If all you are experiencing is noise, chances are the spirit is harmless. You can eaither learn to live with it, or you and your wife should team together and ask it to leave. But you MUST work as a team or it will not leave. Good luck.

Get KOSHER SALT and start at one side of the property and go around but leave a gap for the sperits to go out. then hand cast it all over the yard back to the gap leaving a walkway from the front door to the opening do it in the house too and it will drive them out.

Especially if they have done no real harm,you may just find that they can be helpfulor need to show or teach you something. Theirworld does not need to nor does adhere toour "rules" so there are countless ways inwhich they may try to "communicate" with youIF you are open to them. FORGET all of theHollywood B.S. and realize that you may wishor need to use "uncommon" senses (we all havethem but are "taught" to suppress or dismissthem completely) to fully communicate with them,if they also wish to. Your choice. Also, IF they are / were evil and /or wantedto do you harm, believe me, you would alreadyknow this!!!
