I know just how you feel. I have been unable to forget my own doings of the same thing. And it was thirteen years ago. I think we will always feel horrible due to several different things. One people who are critical of it. And it feels like we can't tell anyone because they always have an opinion good or bad. I have helped some gals that were trying to make the choice as well. And I told them of the pain and suffering that I have gone through. Although I had a reason to do it due to medical reasons trust me it doesn't make it easier. Don't beat yourself up and ignore the stickers the press the news when they are discussing it. Just change the channel or close the page. We are only human.

I think you should talk to a counseler. I have a friend who almost 10 years ago had an abortion and she went to see one 8 years after. She now said she wished she had gone sooner. It might help you come to some soft of peace with yourself.

If you aren't capable of caring for a child you have no business having one, if you aren't trying to get pregnant you should take preventative measures which aren't always 100% accurate, if by chance you still happen to get pregnant abortion is a much more fair option than giving birth to a child that will not be properly taken care of. Don't feel so bad.
