It is hard when the baby comes, I am not going to lie, but you have to force yourself to focus on the baby and care for it. Whether this is the mom or dad, get as much help as you can, rest as often as you can, take care of yourself as best you can so you can take good care of the baby. You may need meds for a while, I agree, it can help, both mom and dad. But know this too... when you hold that angel for the first time, your entire life and perspective will change and you will know what true love feels like.
