I left a 14 yr marrage because I was miserable and because I fell in love with my only true friend. I miss my son so much and I can't have the woman I now love.

Why can't you have the woman? Why can't you see you son?

Your son misses you too! Too bad he didn't have a say in your decision - kids are always the ones that get screwed...

Sounds like you need to take control of your life.

So you abandoned your son so you could make yourself feel better. *cough* oh sorry, you "fell" in bed...oops I mean love, yeah right... and now you have lost your f***, oops sorry, I mean "love" and your son... poor you.

If she was your friend maybe she would have pushed you to stay with your wife and spend more time with her. You are obviously stupid. Your son is better off without a role model like you in his life. Do you want your son to be like you?

You made your bed--- sleep in it. The grass only looks greener on the other side. Life is what you make of it.

It appears that everyone on this website is against divorce. Have none of you ever met a wife and mother that ended up being a crackhead or whore or both? Maybe one of those lazy wives that don't work but still can't clean the house or cook a decent meal for her family? I think it's ok those slackers need to be fired.

She wasn't mine to have in the first place. My wife ain't no cake walk and I know that I didn't think things through. And judge not as well as f--k you if you this I'm a p or was just out for some p. Try being married and all alone for years. Try having a wonderful amazing son who surplants you and becomes the only male you can't compete with.

OH... and I can't see him like I used to she has physical custody. I treasure our time together but theres never enough and I certainly didn't appreciate that when I was there. I make comments on this site and I think this site is awesome but being anonimous dosn't give the right to judge. And if you ever had the guts to post and choose (yes you can choose) to let anyone comment, you'd know that the comment block under the picture is very limited.

You need some serious counseling. Have you ever considered that YOU are the common denominator in all this immature drama?

^ key words...you didn't appreciate it when it was there. Same goes for your wife. Divorce is there when absolutly necessary I am not against it at all. But when people lack the effort to make it work then I just think your a pussy. You said you fellin Love with your only true friend..well there was your problem, your wife was suppose to be your true friend. I know it's a two way street though Dude and you got a shitty hand but you played the cards too. I don't feel sorry for you.

Sometimes there is no way to work things out no matter how hard you try . Don't listen to the people that do nothing but judge. How come you cannot be with the woman you love? Have you asked her how she felt about you? or do you just not love her enough? I am a woman . I love someone I can't be with and it hurts everyday.

Keep working on it every day, eventually you will be with your son again if you try hard enough and stick with the programs (if any). I've been there, I know.
