Lots of counseling. I was a foster kid and you just don't trust the parents, or anyone for that matter with your feelings.

Hello, I am a foster parent and sometimes it can get extreemly hard with some of the difficulty's children come into care with. If you remember in classes you had to attend (i assume you had to attend classes) they told you how difficult it can be. If you are not in it for the right reasons call her Social worker and let them know what is going on and they will remove her from your care. Maybe you need a break or maybe your not cut out to do one of the best things in the world and help a child in need. If I were you I would call DSS and let them know what is going on, before you hurt her.

Thats so sad. I Wish I could foster for children or animals, but unfortuantly can't right now. This post makes me so sad that you can't seem to see past her hurt. She is just a child who has seen things at an early age that messed her up. The hardest ones to love need it the most. Good Luck

You are the adult. Foster kids have had it rough and because this kid is "ungrateful" to you, you want to throw her away. Wow, you should NEVER have been allowed to be a foster parent. When you become a parent, foster or otherwise, you make the choice to give of yourself to help another grow and develope regardless of how it turns out. That child never signed an agreement to feed your ego. YOU DO owe her the basic care, help, and understanding she needs without your lame expectations. You should be out with the garbage... that YOU ARE!
